SNS-084 must be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell that's constantly being exposed by ultraviolet radiation to keep SNS-084 from going into the astral form.

Description

SNS-084 has 2 forms, the humanoid form and the astral form. The humanoid form has pale skin and white hair in a surfer style. It is 1.74 meters tall. It wears a plain white shirt and a black jacket, along with gray sweatpants. It has telekinetic powers and can read minds, and ultraviolet radiation seems to keep it stuck in that form. When not exposed to ultraviolet radiation, it can transform into the astral form. The astral form is a 3km tall and 4.3km wide dark cat-like creature with glowing, blank white eyes with a slight blue contrast. It can randomly invade dreams, at which it appears in the astral form, where it gives someone a wish that always comes true. It says it can create other universes at will, with no effort at all. It says that it always sings a song while creating new universes or rebuilding destroyed ones (Seen below). It has several other powers related to good, but nobody has ever seen them. Overall, it is a calm, gentle and kind creature. It says it was created as a balance to all the evil forces in the multiverse, to keep a certain balance between light and dark.
